With financial support of Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation on 5-8 October 2010 International conference “History and prospective in the Context of Modern research” was opened.

The opening ceremony of the conference was attended by: Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation’s Executive Director, Prof. Tinatin Bochorishvili, Director of the National Center of Manuscripts Mr. Buba Kudava, Director of Ivane Javakhishvili Institute of History and Ethnology Prof. Vaja Kiknadze, Giorgi Chubinashvili National Research Centre for Georgian Art History and Heritage Preservation Prof. Mariam Didebulidze, foreign and Georgian scientists, etc.
