The first meeting of Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation Scientific Board was held on September 17, 2010.
Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, Dimitri Shashkini opened the Scientific Board.
The general Director of Shota rustaveli National Science Foundation, Sulkhan Sisauri gave the presentation about the foundation and its future goals.

The Scientific Board asserted the budget of the foundation for 2010, the list of the projects in the frame of Conference Grants Competition and also the calls which are planned to be announced:

• Short-term Individual Travel Grants;
• Go-doctorate Educational Programs;
• Researches with the compatriots who work abroad
• Joint Calls with STCU, BS-ERA.NET and CNRS;
