Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation announces a call “Joint research activities with foreign scientists originated from Georgia”

The aim of the call is intensify the process of involvement of successful Georgian scientists working abroad into joint activities in order to improve standards of research in Georgia.

Close cooperation with successful Georgian scientists working abroad will give an opportunity to local researchers to raise their awareness on state of art in developed countries and to adopt modern research methods. 

The duration of a project must be between 24, 30 and 36 months. The maximum funding allocated for 24 months project is up to100 000 Gel, for 30 months project up to 125 000 Gel and for 36 months project up to 150 000 Gel. The annual budget requested from the Foundation should not exceed 50 000 GEL.

Online registration of the projects will be available from 28 May 2012 to 1 July 2012, while the documents should be submitted to the Foundation until 9 July 2012, 18:00.
