The aim of the call is to support exchange of scientific information and expertise by means of organization of local and international conferences, congresses and forums, symposiums and seminars in Georgia.

Conference Proposals, which are for events to be held from May 15, 2014 to May 15, 2015, must be submitted online. In order to participate in the competition, an applicant must register online on the website of Foundation at www.rustaveli.org.ge (click on the button Electronic Registration of Scholar). Manual for the online registration is available on the Foundation’s website (in Georgian language).

Budget requested from the Foundation should not exceed 30 000 Georgian Lari (GEL).

Online registration of the projects will be available from 4 March to 4 April 2014, 24:00 (p.m).

Deadline for submission of Statement of Participation to the foundation (for online registered projects) is:  April 8, 2014, 18 p.m.

Late submissions will not be accepted.
